Welcome to February folks; there’s a bunch of stuff happening this month, so I’m going to start us off with the newest Member of the Month; =Fire-Kitty-666! Welcome to the Member of the Month branch, you!


And what about Underworld: Awakening? The newest addition to the movies? Yeah, that! Here’s what *Aneyolf had to say about it;

Hey guys, *Aneyolf here and I'm gonna talk a bit about the new movie. Hard to believe the original Underworld came out way back in September of 2003, two or three weeks before I turned 13 actually. Dad took my brother and I to see it, and I have been addicted to the series ever since. And apparently, many others are too, the theater was packed. So, I thought I'd do a bit of a write up/review of the latest installment of the series, and yes, I'll try to keep the spoilers to a minimum for those who haven't seen it yet.

The movie starts showing what happened six months after Selene and Micheal kill Markus and William. During this time. the two clans of immortals have been discovered by the world of humanity. Without the Vampire Elders, Lucian, or Alexander Corvinus there to keep their world hidden, things get ugly really fast. Humans begin the "Purge," think of the Nazi's going door to door looking for Jews and killing them out right along with anyone helping them. Selene and Micheal are attacked by humans as they are attempting to leave the city. Though they don't initially show what happens to Micheal, Selene is in fact captured and imprisoned in cryo-freeze, where, for the next twelve years, she is studied.

Then the break out occurs. Somehow Selene's cryo-tube is compromised and she is able to break out after coming out of her cryo-sleep. Then the fun really begins. Selene is unlike any vampire the humans are accustomed to dealing with. She is the last remaining Death Dealer and after what she's been through, the gloves come off and she shows everyone what a Death Dealer is truly all about. Again, not to give away too much about what happens, I'll just say this... humans are EPICALLY fucked.

We also get to see some of Selene's new abilities she gained after drinking from Alexander in Underworld: Evolution. Again, not to spoil anymore than I already have, she does things that surprised even me. Then with the new characters they've introduced, and didn't kill off, it is left WIDE open for a fifth film.

Underworld: Awakening is without a doubt, more graphic, brutal, gory, and violent than the other three combined. This is what a vampire and werewolf movie is supposed to be... BLOODY.

KAMO (Kiss And Make Out) -- A Valentines Day Chat Event

Essentially, spin the bottle, in chat. If we can get a bot to do it, awesome. We've had a bot to do the @spin command in the past, but if we can't this time, we'll take numbers, and roll dice or something to decide who goes.

Two, or Three, depending on how funny people want to be get demoted into a special class JUST for this little fun RP. They have to RP kiss their way out of the class (hence, Kiss and Make Out). Nothing is explicit. I have past chat logs from older events, where its' been made to be funny -- (Soandso turns into a penguin and kisses soandsoB)-- that I can note to you, if you'd like to see examples. Gender doesn't matter-- you could get two girls, two guys, or one and two of each demoted at once.

It won't be long drawn out RP --- Just a couple posts back and forth is fine.

The Rules?

i. Nothing explicit -- It remains PG. Sure, you can RP sliding your hand up the persons leg, whatever, but any more than that will get you warned, then kicked.

ii. It will not happen without a mod present. << ---- Big important rule. KAMO does NOT happen without any sort of mod present. If it doesn't seem like any of the mods are paying attention, then tab them. Make sure they're there. Any member caught fooling around with like this without the mod there will be suspended for at least 3 days.

iii. It only happens during a certain time of day (Probably evening--- 6PM EST-10PM EST)

iv. You don't have to play. If you don't want to, it's fine.
